Q. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from our warehouses & factories located in US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. Once you place your order, please allow 2-4 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 15-35 days for delivery in the United States, and 15-45 days for international orders. (depending on location)
(Our Express Shipping option is 10-22 days)
Q. What if my Tracking order does not work?
A. Sometimes tracking does not work because order fulfillments have been packed. Please be patient. We ensure you your product will get there shortly. PLEASE BE PATIENT.
Q. When will my order be processed?
A. All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-4 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends!
Q. Where can I place an order from?
A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.
Q. Is shipping really FREE?
A. YES! (if selected at checkout)
Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 72 hours of your order being fulfilled.

OneStepPen reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet our refund policy criteria stated below.
OneStepPen does not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned.
WE CAN ONLY OFFER YOU REPLACEMENTS AT NO ADDITIONAL COST IF IT FALLS UNDER BELOW CRITERIA:
- Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
- Items are not abused by the customer.
- Parcels that are lost in transit due to our mistake.
We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). All sales are final.
